CappaVia Cave Hotel is a hotel created as the result of a two-year restoration journey, begun in 2019, of a historic mansion built in 1871, standing opposite Ortahisar Castle, the world's largest fairy chimney.
In Cappadocia, where every tale is woven with mysterious words and the unknown outweighs the known, the first human settlement dates back to the Paleolithic age. For thousands of years this region was home to many civilizations such as the Assyrians, Hittites, Persians, Romans and Seljuks. For this reason, we may call Cappadocia the cradle of civilizations.
